  • I want my initials and not a logo. Can I do that?
Yes! Our designer can work with you to create a pleasing look for your initials.
  • I have an idea for another small milled item. Can you do that?
I'd love to hear your idea! Use the contact form or email me.
  • How does the sill attach to the car?
The most common method is using screws; however double-back sticky foam can be used.
  • What kind of payments do you accept.
I accept PayPal and Zelle and will invoice you.
  • Won't the sill interfere with the door?
The sill thickness is typically 0.1 thousands of an inch. This will not interfere with the door.
  • What measurements will you need?
You'lll need to measure your door sill width, length of the flat section of the sill and how much lip overhang do you need for the outside edge.
  • What material do you use for the sill?
6160 aluminum. I start with a tube, cut in half and go from there.
  • Moss and others sell these for much less. Why should I buy yours?
Moss's sills are painted onto thin stainless steel. Over time, the paint chips off. Our machined aluminum plate is .100 (about 1/8") with .020 deep grooves. We powder coat the grooves (with your choice of color), laser-etch the logo (of your choosing) and then clear coat the entire sill. It will last for years. And look amazing!
